Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

-Partner WOD-

E2MOM 20:

Partner 1: 12 cal Row

Partner 2: AMRAP:

5 Pull Ups

10 OH Plate Lunges

15 Air Squats

*Partner 1 starts on Row while Partner 2 rests. When P1 is done rowing , P2 will start into AMRAP. When 2 minutes end, P2 immediately starts their row or bike, and when they are finished, P1 will start into AMRAP. 10 total rounds, each Partner doing 5 rounds.
