Clean & Jerk Warm Up (No Measure)

With PVC:

5 hang power clean from mid thigh

5 power clean from just above knee

5 power clean from just below knee



5 hang squat cleans from mid thigh

5 squat cleans from above the knee

5 full squat cleans from floor



5 push press

5 push jerk

5 split jerk

Warm-up (No Measure)

1x Run 400M:

2 times through of:

Calf Stretch of coaches choice

:30s each leg

7 pass throughs

7 Helicopters

7 strict oh press, pvc

7 front squat, pvc

7 sotts press, pvc

Clean and Jerk (5×3 @ 75%)

Metcon (Time)

21-15-9 reps of:

Front Squat 105/75

Pull Up

Goblet Squat weight of choice

Pull Ups with a band
