Run lap around the gym building

6/el singe leg deadlift

10 scap pulls

10 kip swings

6 v-ups

Deadlift (3 @ 70% 3 @ 80% 3+ @ 90%)

remember, you are using your training max to calculate these percentages…also last set is amrap

DB Walking Lunge (3×8/e)

HEAVY

Metcon (Weight)

16 Min EMOM:

Even: 10 T2B

Odd: 12 SDLHP 115/85

Your goal is unbroken reps

L1:

V-Ups

SDLHP weight of choice

(they are V-Ups, not U-Ups)
