Shoulder Press (3 @ 70% 3 @ 80% 3+ @ 90%)

remember, you are using your training max to calculate these percentages…also last set is amrap

Bent Over SA Dumbbell Row (3×12/e)

Metcon (Time)

For Time:

30 Squat Clean to Push Press @ 50% of your Jerk 1RM
**High intensity, move fast… <5 min goal


30 Med Ball Clean to Wall Ball for time
