10 Box Dip

10 Ring Row

100 Jump Rope
SDLHP = Sumo Deadlift High Pull, use a kettlebell at moderate weight

*for the “box dips” I prefer to start with their body in between 2 boxes and their hands on the edge of the boxes, then use the dip bars on the GHD machine if needed
