3 Rounds not for time of 10-12 reps per set:


Superman Back Extensions

Kettlebell Swings

Push Ups

Air Squats

*Should only do enough reps per set to feel a burn in the target area(s) then move on

*If body weight is not enough to feel a burn within 10-12 reps then make the following substitutions:

Scale up sit ups to GHD

Scale up superman to GHD back extensions

Scale up push up to moderate weight bench press
