48 Wall Balls – (72)

36 Hand Release Push Ups – (54)

24 DB Snatches – (36)

12 TGU – (18)

* All work split equally, as desired. If more than 8, start some at bottom to work up list, OR make teams of three and use numbers in parenthesis OR both!
