Overhead Squat (3×5 @ 50%)

If not able to get into a good position scale with the Front Squat, etc

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20 Minute AMRAP

200 M Run

3 Wall Walks

50M Waiter Walk R Hand

50M Waiter Walk L Hand
can scale the wall walks with 15 push ups
