400m Run
21 Kettlebell Swings, 53# / 35#
12 Pull-ups
You should try and scale this workout to be completed in under 15 minutes but not less than 8 minutes. If you are longer than 15 minutes still complete the workout. Make note of how exactly you scaled it because you will see it again in the near future and can compare your times to see if your fitness is increasing.
