26 2 CrossFit – LBN

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

EMOM 21:

Minute 1: 3 Bench Press

Minute 2: 7 Burpee

Minute 3: 12 Sit Up
Go over good form and technique on the bench press, discuss the 4 points of contact etc…

Add weight to notes section, just get the work done, record total reps
