-Warm Up-


10 Air Squats, Squat Hold

10 Sit Ups, Plank Hold

10 Burpees, Rest!

* Partners are across from each other on opposite sides of gym, Partner 1 starts with 10 Air Squats, while Partner 2 does a Squat Hold. When Partner 1 finishes 10 Air Squats, Partners will switch sides and switch roles, Partner 2 does 10 Air Squats while Partner 1 does a squat hold. Partners switch sides again and move to Sit Ups and Plan Hold, etc..

E3MOM 28 for max reps:

1.) Row for Calories

2.) BB Overhead Lunges (65/35) scale to pvc

3.) Rope Climbs – Pull to Stands

4.) Box Jumps (24/20)

** 30 seconds between movements, 1 Partner working at a time
