26 2 CrossFit – Guardian Athlete

Deadlift (1×5)

take 15 minutes to work up to a heavy set of 5 on a deadlift while keeping good technical form

Pull-ups (3x Max)

3 sets of max rep pull ups

Metcon (Time)

Start with 50 Kettlebell Swing 1.5/1pd

then complete 7 Rounds of

7 Push Up

7 Ring Dip

finish with 50 Kettlebell Swing
