20 Minutes to focus on skill and strength. You are welcome to do reps with weight once the coach confirms that you can demonstrate competency with the movement

5 Double Kettlebell Suitcase Deadlifts (32kg/24kg)

13 Burpees

9 Box Jumps (No rebound, step down from each rep)
