Overhead Squat

Hang Snatch
20 Minutes to focus on skill and strength. You are welcome to do reps with weight once the coach confirms that you can demonstrate competency with the movement

Mini Claudia (Time)

20 Kettlebell Swings (24kg/16kg)

400m Run
