Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

-Warm Up-

5 Rounds each (10 total):

Partner Rowling Row

* Partner 1 rows, whatever amount under or over is the amount of Burpees both Partners will do, before Partner 2 starts their row. (i.e. P1 rows 105m, both partners do 5 Burpees)


-Partner WOD-

E3MOM 28 (:30 seconds between movements):

1.) Rope Climbs

2.) Thrusters

3.) Row for cal

4.) Hand Release Push Ups

* 3 minutes for max reps, 1 Partner working at a time. Work can be split as desired, 30 seconds rest in between for transition to next movement.

Extra Work:

1.) 4×8 BB Glute Bridge

2.) Tabata: Wall Sits
