Sit Ups


Row for cal

DB Push Press


Pull Ups


* Partner 1 starts on 15 KBS, while Partner 2 starts on 15 Sit Ups. When both finish, they will switch movements, Partner 1 does 15 Sit Ups while Partner 2 does 15 KBS. When both finish they switch again and move to 12’s, etc. When both finish 9 KBS and Sit Ups, they move to 15 Row for cal and DB Push Presses, etc..

Extra Work: 1.) 2x200m Farmers Carry 2.) Tabata: Hollow, Arch Hold
