Skill of Front Squat (No Measure)

Coach explains the movement. Athletes complete 20 perfect reps using a pvc pipe.

Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

3 rounds:

1 min dumbbell front squats

1 min push ups

1 min sit ups

1 min burpees

1 min jumping jacks

1 min REST
