Snatch (1×1)

take 15 mins to work up to a heavy single halting snatch (yes full squat snatch) …pause below the knee for 2 seconds

Back Squat (3×6)

go every 2 minutes, use the same weight across all sets, choose a challenging weight for the day

Metcon (Time)
