Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

-Partner WOD-


Partner 1: 500m Row OR 400m Run

Partner 2: AMRAP: 5 Push Ups 10 Box Jumps 10 DB Snatches

* Partner 1 starts on Row/Run, while Partner 2 starts AMRAP of Push Ups, Box Jumps, and DB Snatches. When Partner 1 finishes their Run/Row, Partner 2 will stop where they are and start their Run/Row. Partner 1 picks up where Partner 2 stopped in AMRAP.

Extra Work: 1.) Tabata: Hollow Hold, Arch Hold 2.) 4×8 BB Glute Bridge
