Skill of Med Ball Clean (No Measure)

Coach explains the movement, athlete completes 20 perfect reps

Metcon (Time)

3 Rounds

10 med ball cleans OR dumbbell cleans

10 4 count mountain climbers

5 Push Ups

5 Burpees

**if dumbbell cleans do them the same as the med ball clean (full squat)
