-Warm Up- 600m Back to front sprints
Burpee Bar Touches
+ 200m Run or 250m Row between each round
* Partner 1 starts with 5 Burpee Touches, while Partner 2 starts with 5 KBS. When both partners are finished they will switch movements, Partner 1 does 5 KBS, while Partner 2 does 5 Burpee Touches. When both partners are finished the round of 5’s, they will do their run/row, and continue to work through ladder.
