Metcon (Time)

-Warm Up- 12 Round Tabata: Partner Over Unders, Junkyard Dog, Alternating Push Ups

-Partner WOD- For Time:

Partner 5km Row OR 4km Run

*Every time partners switch on rower, BOTH will do:

5 Burpees

10 Push Ups

15 Air Squats

*Partner going to rower/run/ can start immediately after their Air Squats are complete

Extra Work: 1.) 400m Farmers Carry 2.) Tabata: Hollow Hold, Arch Hold
