Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
20 Minute AMrep
Partner 1 Runs 300M while partner 2 does as many pull ups, push ups or sit ups as possible… You pick, they all equal 1 rep each, you can alternate or switch movements at anytime, however you desire.
Tag up and switch positions.
As a 2 person team the goal is to get as many reps in as possible.
**Athletes must physically tag up, high five, chest bump, I don’t care, just make physical contact, before they can switch up.
