Back Squat (3-3-3-3-3)

shoot for 80-85% for all sets

Deadlift (1×5)

80-90%, don’t drop the weight, but do reset for each rep

Metcon (No Measure)

NOT for time

3×6 GHD Sit Ups

3×6 Glute Ham Raises

*can do partner glute ham raises on the floor if needed

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

5 Min Amrap

3 Pull Ups

6 Push Ups

9 Squats

*give it all youve got, no time to waste in this one
