A. 5 Rounds on a 2 Minute Clock

3 Position Power Clean

Start with empty barbell, add weight each round ending at 50%

B. Slow return Clean pulls

60%x4, 65%x4, 70%x4

C. Front Squat Bodyweight

1 Set for Maximum Repetitions
