Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

-Warm Up- Thunderstruck Burpees, Jumping Jacks while resting

-Partner WOD-

3 min stations for max reps (2x):

1.) Tire Flips

2.) OH Plate Lunges 25/15 (Partners cannot accumulate reps unless both have plate OH)

3.) Max cal Row

4.) Strict Pull Ups

* Both Partners work on same movement at same time, splitting work as desired. Partners have 3 minutes at each station to accumulate reps, resting 1 minute after each station to switch. 2 times through (32 minutes total)

Extra Work: 1.) Tabata: Hollow Hold, Arch Hold 2.) 5×10 Hip Ext.
