12 Minutes AMRAP:

12 chest-to-bar pull-ups

8 deadlifts (245/165lbs)

12 handstand push-ups

8 deadlifts (245/165lbs)
This is a Granite Games WOD. All athletes should carefully review the workout standards for movement and load variations across divisions… If you are going to do both of these in 1 hour, try to get 15 mins rest between workouts.
