Partner 1 Runs 200M while partner 2 does as many burpees as possible
Tag up and switch positions.
As a 2 person team the goal is to get as many reps in of burpees as possible.
**Athletes must physically tag up, high five, booty bump, I don’t care, just make physical contact, before they can switch up.
