** So what does “290# worth of deadlifts” mean? Well if you use say a 65# barbell, you would have to do roughly 5 deadlifts to get to 290#… pick your weight, use any weight, just get to 290# worth of the movement… Multiply your weight by the number of reps you would need to reach 290#
