-Partner WOD- Chipper for time, split work equally, as desired:

1mi. Run (both Partners can work)

20 Alt. TGU (53/35)

30 Push Ups

40 OH Plate Lunges (45/25)

50 KBS (same KB)

60 Sit Ups 80 (MM)

– 70 (MF) – 60 (FF) cal Row OR

Extra Work: 1.) 4×12 Banded Tri Kickbacks 2.) 10×2 Weighted Strict Pull Ups
