-Warm Up-

500m Row or 400 Run Then.. “Bring Sally Up, Bring Sally Down” Air Squats or Push Ups

-Partner WOD!-

AMRAP 25:

1000m Row or 800m Run

60 Wall Balls

40 Box Overs

20 Burpees

* All work split equally as desired by partners
