goblet squats-10 reps with kettlebell-focus on breathing through your stomach

Deadlift (1″ deficit)

Front Squat

Atlas Stones (load to platfrom or over bar)

under 5’5″-48″ load height

5’5″-5’11”-50″ height

over 6′-52″ height
