Deadlift (4×5)

4 x 5 @ 75% of last week’s 5RM. + 1 x AMRAP at same weight

Suggested WU as follows: 5 @ 40% – 5 @ 55% – 3 @ 65% (all off 5RM)

Metcon (5 Rounds for time)

5 rounds EACH for time of:

10 Push Press 135/95

8 Box Jump 30/24

2 Rope Climbs

Rest 1:00 between rounds

*Step down recommended on the box jumps

*Keep splits within :05

***Cool Down and Mobility

5:00 row easy

Foam roll calves 2:00/side

Barbell smash triceps 2:00/side
