Skill of Running (No Measure)

Coach explains and demonstrates the Pose Method of running then can choose from a few of the drills below:

Ball of Foot Hops

Wall Foot Pulls

Partner Fall Drill

Wall Fall Drill

Charlies Angels Run

Prisoner Run

… And many more…

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Ladder – 15 Minute Time Cap

1 sit up 1 squat 1 burpee

2 sit ups 2 squats 2 burpees

3 sit ups 3 squats 3 burpees

4… Add one rep each round until time cap hits
