Back Squat (Box)

20 minutes to find a new 5 RM

Place box at 12′

Suggested WU as follows: 6 @ 50% – 4 @ 60% – 4 @ 70% then build!

Increase speed, power and leg strength. Proper squat mechanics. Glute engagement. Isometric core strengthening

Metcon (Time)

5 rounds for reps and time of:

:30 Max Strict Pull-ups

5 Burpees

25 Double Unders

:60 Rest Between Rounds

Cool Down and Mobility

5:00 monostructural other than jump rope.

Band distraction ankles 2:00/side

Foam roll calves 2:00/side
