Back Squat (5×4)

ME: Back Squat

5 x 4 @ Last Week’s 4 RM

Rest 3:00 between efforts.

Suggested WU as follows: 6 @ 50% – 4 @ 60% – 4 @ 75% then get after it!

Metcon (2 Rounds for time)

2 x 3 rounds EACH for time of:

3 Deadlifts @ 85% of 2RM

15 GHD Situps

Rest 3:00 after the 1st round.

LII: MB V-Ups at weight of choice.

LI: DL weight of choice. GHD sub of choice.

(do 3 rounds, rest, then do 3rounds, then you are done)
