EMOM for 8 minutes of:

5 Dips increasing or decreasing weight EACH round as form allows.

Be fast and hold position!

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

6 Rounds for Reps, Go Every 3:00:

5 Seated Box Jumps 20′ to 30/24

:30 Max Strict Chin Ups

LII: SBJ 20′ to 24/20.

LI: SBJ height of choice. Chin up sub of choice.

*Reframe from rushing the box jumps – focus on setup and landing
