ME: Back Squat 20 minutes to find a 4 RM Suggest

Metcon (Time)

5 rounds for time of:

2 Rope Climbs

3 Squat Cleans @ 80% of 2 RM

200m Run

LII: :20 max strict pull-ups. SQ weight between 70 – 80% of personal 2 RM.

LI: :20 max at pull-up sub of choice. SQ weight of choice.
