DE: Deadlift (Rack Pull)

EMOM for 9:00 of:

3 Deadlifts @ 65% of 2 RM

*Lower j-cups on rig or use #25 plates

*Speed and technique!

Metcon (No Measure)

EMOM for 10 minutes of:

6 Pistols Alternating Legs

4 Burpees

LII: 4 pistols alternating legs to 15′ box okay.

LI: 6 Bulgarian splits (3 per leg). Squat thrusts okay.

*Focus on setup and execution on the single leg work!

*3 Per Leg Pistols
