20 minutes to a 7 RM (Reset at the Bottom)

*Warm up with 3 – 5 sets at lighter loads

Metcon (Time)

5 rounds for time of:

400m Run

15 Front Squats 95/65

LII: 75/45.

LI: Weight of Choice. 200m Run Okay.
