Power Clean (1×5)

Find one super heavy set of 5 reps. Meet Jesus. Then ask your coach to show you how to calculate your 1 rep max.

Metcon (4 Rounds for time)

12 minutes, GO every 3 minutes of:

20 Front Rack KB/DB Alt Lunges 35/25 (each hand)

30 Sit-ups

20 Front Rack KB/DB Alt Lunges 35/25 (each hand)

**lunges are 10 each leg

LII: 25/15

LI: KB weight of choice. Sit-up sub of choice
