Add 5lbs to your previous weight.

Shoulder Press (3×5)

Add 2.5lbs to your previous weight.

Metcon (Time)

6 rounds for time of:

5 Muscle Ups

21 Double Unders

*8min Time goal

LII: 3 Strict Pull-ups. 3 Strict Dips of Choice (per round).

LI: Muscle up sub of choice. :30 single unders okay.
