Deadlift (1×5)

Add 10lbs to previous weight

Power Clean (5×3)

Add 2.5lbs to previous weight

Metcon (No Measure)

Every Other Minute On the Minute

for 30 min

A: Burpee 10-1

B: Front Squat 1-10

C: 25 Double Under

**You will have 2 minutes to do 10 burpee, 2 mins to do 1 front squat, 2 mins to do 25 double unders,2 minutes to do 9 burpee, 2 minutes to do 2 front squat, 2 minutes to do 25 dubs, etc
