Add 5lbs to your previous weight.

Shoulder Press (3×5)

Add 2.5lbs to your previous weight.

Metcon (5 Rounds for reps)

5 rounds for reps in :30 Work / :30 Rest of:

Hollow Holds

Burpees

LII: Arms at side on hollow holds.

LI: Hollow hold sub of choice.

*each 1 second in the hollow hold counts as 1 rep
