Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Ladder – 15 Minute Time Cap

1 sit up 1 squat 1 burpee

2 sit ups 2 squats 2 burpees

3 sit ups 3 squats 3 burpees

4… Add one rep each round until time cap hits
