This workout will be performed during the week of January 25th (Week 2).

13 Min AMRAP:

Complete as many reps of possible of the following triplet:

Level 3

10 Power Cleans 135/95

20 Wall Balls 20#-10ft/14#-10ft

30 Double Unders

Level 2

10 Power Cleans 95/65

20 Wall Balls 20#-9ft/14#-9ft

30 Single Unders

Level 1

10 Power Cleans 65/45

20 Med Ball Cleans 20/14

30 Single Unders

The athlete’s total score is the sum of all REPS completed within the 13 minute time allowance.

The submission page for the workout will automatically calculate the athlete’s total number of reps based on how far he/she progressed through the workout.

Video submissions are required in order to be eligible for performance prizes.
