(No Measure)

Dynamic WU:

2 rounds: 10 toe touches. 10 ankle rolls both directions. 5 pushup walkouts. 5 BB push press. 5 tuck jumps. 250m Row.

*Move through it at your own pace this is a warm up

Deadlift (1×5)

Add 10lbs to previous weight

Power Clean (5×3)

Add 2.5lbs to previous weight

Metcon (Time)

3 rounds for time of:

5 Box Jumps 30/24

:30 Max Push Press 135/95

500m Row

LII: 95/65. 24/20.

LI: Push Press weight of choice. BJ Height of choice.

*Step downs recommended on the box jumps
