(No Measure)

Dynamic WU:

2 rounds: 10 Figure 8’s. 10 PVC pass throughs. 5 Pushup walk outs. 5 Pull-ups. :60 of single unders/double unders.

*Move through it at your own pace this is a warm up

Back Squat (3×5)

Add 5lbs to your previous weight

Bench Press (3×5)

Add 2.5lbs to your previous weight

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP in 10 minutes of:

20 Double Unders

10 Pull-ups

5 Bench Press 185/135

LII: BP 135/95. :30 Max Pull-ups.

LI: :30 Single unders or 10 DU attempts count. 10 Pull-ups at sub of choice. BP weight of choice.
