26 2 CrossFit – CrossFit

(No Measure)

Dynamic WU:

2 rounds: :60 hips from plank/side. 5 4-Point squats. 10 Air Squats.

10 PVC pass throughs. 10 over under arm swings. 3 BB HPS. 3 BB OHS.

*Move through it at your own pace this is a warm up

Back Squat (3×5)

Add 5lbs to your previous weight.

Shoulder Press (3×5)

Add 2.5lbs to your previous weight.

Metcon (10 Rounds for time)

EMOM for 10 minutes of:

1 Hang Power Snatch @ 65% of 2 RM

2 Overhead Squats @ 65% of HPS 2RM

LI: Weight of choice.
