Dynamic WU:

2 rounds: 5 Pushup walk outs. 10 Arm swing touch downs. 10 Kip swings. 5 BB Push Jerks. 200m Run.

*Move through it at your own pace this is a warm up

Deadlift (1×5)

Add 10lbs to previous weight

Power Clean (5×3)

Add 2.5lbs to previous weight

Metcon (Time)

Buy In: 400m Run

3 rounds for time and reps of:

:60 Max Chest to Bar Pull-ups

10 Ground to Overhead 135/95

Buy Out: 400m Run

LII: Pullups. 95/65 G2OH.
